VEHICLE SANITATION PROCESS AND DEALERSHIP CLEANING
1. A multi-step sanitizing process happens when a vehicle is delivered to our store.
2. Our dealerships are thoroughly cleaned nightly by a professional cleaning company, and high-touch areas regularly throughout the day.
3. We also encourage our employees to take hourly breaks to wash hands.
EMPLOYEE AND CUSTOMER SAFETY MEASURES:
1. Merlex Auto Group employees are required to wear a mask during their time at work. This is now a mandatory requirement while working at the dealership.
2. Merlex Auto Group encourages all customers to wear masks while on-premises except for individuals who cannot wear a mask due to a medical condition (including children the age of 2 years); We will make disposable masks available for customers who arrive without one, while supplies permit.
3. We are currently conducting our service business by drop-off appointment, and to the extent that this is not feasible, we will limit occupancy to maintain social distancing guidelines.
